Rhetoric
Daniel Foster is a lecturer in the Department of Communication. He regularly teaches the basic course in Communication. Courses he has taught previously include race and gender, communication theory, organizational communication, group communication, interviewing, and interpersonal communication. His research centers on ideological rhetoric, democracy, democratic rhetoric, and the intersections of communication theories. He earned his Ph.D. (2013) in Rhetoric and Communication Ethics from the University of Denver and his M.A. (2006) in Applied Communication from Northern Arizona University.
